A wooden, late-Gothic temple that fulfills the functions of a Roman Catholic parish church in Łopuszna. The church is a late Gothic, orientated, tripartite, one-nave building. The walls were boarded. It consists of a rectangular closed presbytery, nave and later a tower with pole-frame construction. The sacristy adjoins the presbytery from the north. The nave is wider, with a side porch. A narrow outbuilding adjoins it from the north and west. The whole interior was once decorated with 16th century patron polychrome. To this day, it has survived only in fragments - on boards from old ceilings, which were discovered during renovation in 1932, and on the choir's windowsill. The present patron paintings on the ceiling of the vestibule under the tower and on the rainbow beam are for the most part a reconstruction that repeats old patterns. A simple rainbow beam was introduced three years later in place of the earlier, baroque one. The church also has rich interior furnishings, which are stylistically heterogeneous.
