Sokolica is considered the most beautiful peak in the Pieniny. Its height is 747 m a.s.l. It is exactly in the north-eastern part of the Central Pieniny, in the so-called Pieninkach. It is separated from the neighboring Czertezik Peak by the Sosnów Pass. Built of hard limestone, its vertical walls are 307 m high and fall steeply into the Dunajec Valley. Sokolica's northern slopes are covered with beech and fir forests, and characteristic relict pines grow on the summit. Two hiking trails lead to the top: - blue: Szczawnica - Sokola Perć - Three Crowns - green: Krościenko - Sosnów Pass. Sokolica is a great vantage point on the Dunajec gorge, Little Pieniny and Tatra Mountains.
